Kourtney Kardashian has reportedly broken up with Scott Disick after he was snapped getting handsy with his ex.
Multiple sources told People that Scott's relapse into substance abuse issues could be the catalyst for the split.
"He's in a classic shame spiral right now," a source told the publication. "He knows he's screwing up and he knows what he needs to do.
"He has people telling him to go home and work things out, to stop his behaviour, to repent and to move forward. But he's not doing it."

Another source added to E! News that Kourtney was so fed up that she "dumped him" after seeing pics that emerged of him cosying up to fashion stylist Chloe Bartoni last week.
